I found Byron Katie and her Work in October 2008 and right away I knew I had found something. I had found the "how to", how to get to where Eckhart Tolle and so many others talk about. I had found the questions that would wake me up from my nightmare of anger and self-hate.
Since then I have participated/staffed six of Katie’s events, enrolled in her facilitator certification program, and started Daley Dose to share The Work with anyone who is interested.
The biggest shift so far is in my internal life. There is a deep peace replacing the anger I used to be most familiar with. I’m much kinder and gentler with myself than I ever dreamed possible.
